iRecruit4 are hiring for a busy Customer Service department in Swindon for a Customer Service Advisor specialising in our clients National Accounts.

Duties of the Customer Service Advisor:

  • Working in a busy customer service team, engaging with customers on the phone, via email and webchat.
  • Working with Third party customers and developing relationships with key clients for the business. 
  • Managing key account orders in a timely manner. 
  • Working with online systems to manage order processing and tracking information. 
  • Co-Coordinating with other departments to ensure timely order fulfilment and understand stock levels. 
  • Liaising with the Warehouse if there are any dispatch issues.
  • Responding to customer enquires promptly.
  • Proving key accounts accurate and valid information at all times.
  • Undertaking weekly service calls where you will be asked to produce reports and give presentations when required. 

Additional Information:

  • Excellent knowledge of IT  systems- including an understanding of CRM systems and Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Excellent ability to analyse data and action accordingly.
  • Previous experience in a customer service environment.
  • Have strong problem solving skills
  • Monday to Friday
  • 09.00 - 17.00
  • £30,000 Per Annum.
