About the Role: We seek an experienced IT Project Manager with a strong background in utilities, especially in delivering IT solutions for utilities clients. You'll excel in managing projects within outsourced environments and adeptly handle multiple requirements and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the IT Project, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Collaborate with the IT team to align business requirements with suitable solutions.
• Manage external tender selection with the procurement team as needed.
• Support investment sign-off by shaping project business cases, including summaries, costs, risks, timelines, and financial forecasts.

Qualifications:

• Degree level education.
• Prince 2 Practitioner or equivalent project management qualification (highly desirable).
• Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) or equivalent (preferable).
• ITIL experience/qualification.
• Significant IT delivery experience in project and portfolio management.
• Expertise in project implementation and financial ownership in various contractual situations.
