Role Description:

As a Systems Developer, you will be responsible for creating, enhancing, and maintaining internal software solutions using Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) and related technologies. You will focus on optimizing the flow of data across departments, using automation and system integration to improve communication and efficiency. This position is ideal for a self-motivated developer with a knack for solving technical challenges and a passion for streamlining processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize VBA-based applications to support and automate internal business processes.
• Build and manage complex macros to enhance data processing and workflow efficiency.
• Integrate various internal systems and applications to streamline communication between departments.
• Develop and customize programs using the Clarity software suite to meet specific business needs.
• Create and maintain documentation for system processes and application developments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system performance and integration.
• Work closely with non-technical stakeholders to communicate technical solutions in an accessible manner.

Required Skills:

• Strong expertise in VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) development, especially in creating and managing macros.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced automation techniques.
• Experience with Microsoft Access and SQL for database management and data analysis.
• Understanding of software integration and data flow optimization.
• Familiarity with the Clarity software suite (desirable but not essential).

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of additional programming languages such as Python or C#.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with non-technical team members and stakeholders.
