Scrum Master - IT / Technology

An experienced Scrum Master is now sought by a leading Organisation based in Birmingham. As the successful Scrum Master, your role will include:
 

• Developing solutions for new and existing platforms
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, retrospectives and reviews/demos)
• Mentoring, coaching and teaching engineers as an expert in scrum and agile best practices.
• You'll be collaborating with your Product Owner and the development team to shape the product vision and roadmap

 
Essential experience required for the Scrum Master:
 

• Proven Scrum Master from within technology and application delivery
• Strong IT / technical knowledge, able to communicate with technical teams
• Exceptional project management capabilities
• Proven supplier and vendor management
• Previous mentoring and continuous improvement of agile processes
• Degree educated or have worked within the education sector

 
It would be beneficial to have experience of working with ServiceNow and On-Prem and SAAS data rich applications.
 
As the Scrum Master you will need to attend site at least one day a week and will be offered a starting salary of £55,000 - £60,000 plus exceptional benefits including generous pension and annual leave.
